 Why my training programs were created:
After years of teaching Miss, Teen and Mrs. pageant contestants how to have poise on stage, walk in heels, look gorgeous and smile in a spotlight, I began to realize I was not doing these ladies a service by neglecting to nurture the unfolding of their 'divine essence' FIRST. I cannot teach a lady how to light up a stage when there is unknown fear in her spirit or darkness in her heart. "Rising to the stature of the divine within," to quote Gordon B. Hinckley's admonition to women, is a process of the body, heart, mind and spirit.
Most of us hold back from truly emerging into who we were created to be because of self-consciousness and fear. This holding-back shows...on a stage in front of thousands or in the home with our husbands and children. A woman who has been trained to hold a vibrant and confident PRESENCE (and in cases like mine, this DOES take training!) is a light to this world... a rarity among women. God needs women who will shine forth, step out and be a 'city set on a hill.' I love Marianne Williamson's quote from one of my favorite books, A Woman's Worth: "A joyful woman, by merely BEING, says it all. The world is terrified of joyful women. Take a stand. Be one anyway."
Holding the title of Mrs. Utah, directing, judging and consulting in the pageant industry for 9 years held lessons in refinement I personally needed to learn (much of them the DIFFICULT way). It has awakened me to some interesting truths surrounding the feminine. We have a longing to be noticed, to be recognized, to be honored, to be beautiful. I firmly believe all women hold supreme beauty and a magnificent sense of purpose deep within their being. They merely wait for assistance to call it forth. I have a passion for facilitating women in this process. While I realize a woman will have many 'teachers' along her life's journey, I feel strongly there are a handful I can personally assist, both as teacher, and in most cases, STUDENT, for I know it is never a coincidence when women of purpose cross paths! -Cherie Burton

This is a very intense, interactive and inspiring group learning adventure. Many of these workshops - conducted throughout the U.S. - are limited to 30 students. This all-day workshop (a scaled down, laser-focused version of the Operation Wholeness 12-Week Program) is designed to take each woman into head-to-toe transformation through deep inner reflection...physical, mental, social, emotional, spiritual.
