This is a very intense, interactive and inspiring group learning adventure. Many of these 2-day workshops - conducted throughout the U.S. - are limited to 25 students. Through deep inner is designed to take each woman into head-to-toe transformation...physically, mentally, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. The first half will focus on the outer self (confidence, image), and the second half will revolve around the inner self (creation, purpose).

Image (beauty, radiant health, weight management, “visual package”)
Special focus on profiling your personal energy type (to learn how to be SEEN with the right clothing, hair style, makeup, etc.) Extra emphasis on embracing health through learning HOW to eat without fear and WHAT to eat for radiance, beauty and energy. Learn how to find joy in your relationships and how to CREATE and attract what is wanted in all areas of your life! Essentially, this is a workshop that teaches you how to let go of depression and limiting beliefs and just SHINE!
